Nestled amongst the rolling hills of Southern Johannesburg , in the Klipriviersberg Nature Reserve,
Thaba Ya Batswana is an amazing destination for a wedding. Picturesque
landscaped gardens, luxurious accommodation, impeccable service and best of all
the couples’ closest family and friends all in once place throughout the two
days of celebrations.
On the day of the wedding it started out with clear blue skies,
but as the day progressed towards the
ceremony time, the rain Gods closed in and poured buckets. However, this did
not dampen anyone’s mood as it was a special day and a special day it was going
to be no matter what! After all having rain on such a day is definitely God’s
way of blessing the happy couple.
The pouring did stop briefly though. Just enough to let Rebecca
have her much dreamt garden wedding. Even though brief, it was wonderful and
romantically intimate with close family and friends gathered around.
